No, it's not a qfe... a qfe is 4 hme interfaces, like in my OpenBSD/sparc 
machine (SUNW,qfe).  What he's probably talking about is a qec+be (single
port 10/100 board with a qec dma interface), which are fairly common now
on the used market.  Have a look at the sparc@openbsd.org mailing list
archives for further discussion about which board is which; we recently
had a discussion about correctly identifying these boards.
