Do you have some problem with grep(1)ing the executables?  This is
*not* a hard problem to solve.

find / /usr -xdev -type f | xargs grep -lo 'YOU SHOULD NOT BE HERE'

This was allegedly fixed before 1.3 was released.  Are you sure you're
running the release version of rarpd?
