Hi,

I have a SS2 running the 1.3.2 NetBSD system, onto which I have hooked a
sun external CdROM drive, which mounts fine over /dev/cd0a.

what I would now like to do is add-in audio cd support using xcdplayer 2.2.

the binary from ftp.netbsd.org seems to work, despite complaining that
libICE.so.6.0 and libXext.so.6.1 should have minor versions >= 3, although
it seems unable to find the correct device (/dev/audiocd) if I point it at
the /dev/cd0a, the scsi-bus has kittens and insists on resetting.

strangely, if I try to do a compile of the xcdplayer source, it complains
about /usr/lib/lib/crt0.o having undefined symbol _main ... I guess that
something is referencing incorrectly. are there any known problems with this?

any help on this would be great,

Nick
