hi folks.  i got it working again, including new bootblock support
for automatically booting /netbsd.gz (this code still awaiting review
from pk).  i've put a new floppy image up as:
	ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/incoming/mrg/boot13G.fs.gz


it should boot to a menu of install, shell, halt, where install will
run sysinst, like previously, only now it should almost fully work!

note that this image can also be used to build a bootable cdrom...
