Yes, this should be correct (I'm at 32 MB on all my Sparc's at the moment ;)

The SIMMs should be 9-bit ones.  Some 3-chip SIMMs don't work (probably
a problem with the larger chips requiring more refresh addresses than the
system provides).  I have mostly 9-chip SIMMs, but I think I also have one
bank of 3-chip ones on some machine.
