Here I go again netboot ANOTHER sparc of my i386 box <g>.
tycho, the sparc, has ROM Rev 2.6 (sparc 2 axile clone).
It rarps, bootparams, then prints:

boot: client IP address: 192.168.1.6
boot: client name: tycho
root addr=192.168.1.2 path=/mnt/tycho/root
Can't open network device '/sbus@1,f8000000/le@0,c00000'
open: netbsd: Unknown error 13

yes, sunmon-compat? is false. error 13 is permission denied, but this
exact config was working on my ELC weeks ago.

Both and client and server are 1.3.2
