There is the 'x' command, that does some tests.  However, I don't think
SCSI or ethernet are included in the tests.  According to the SunOS manual
page, 'h' displays a help screen for the ROM monitor.

Can you run tcpdump on the boot machine when you try to boot the 330
diskless?  That would give tell you if any packets are transmitted.  Also,
is the cabling OK?
