fdc is found as I can see that during the boot process and dmesg command:

	fdc0 at obio0 addr 0xf1700000 pri 11, softpri 4: chip 82077
	fd0 at fdc0 drive 0: 1.44MB 80 cyl, 2 head, 18 sec

That is the stderr output during the 'mount -t msdos' process:

fd0a: hard error reading fsbn 0 (st0 70<abnrml,seek_cmplt,drv_chck> st1 0
st2 0 cyl 0 head 207 sec 7)
fd0a: hard error reading fsbn 0 (st0 70<abnrml,seek_cmplt,drv_chck> st1 0
st2 0 cyl 0 head 207 sec 7)

The NetBSD version is:

NetBSD freeside 1.2G NetBSD 1.2G (GENERIC_SCSI3) #3: Tue Sep 9 04:03:29
CEST 1997 pk@kwik:/usr/src/sys/arch/sparc/compile/GENERIC_SCSI3 sparc

Yes I found manual page fd(4) that says:

BUGS
This driver does not work well with Intel 82077-based controllers (which
are commonly found on sun4m machines).

... but is anyone working on that problem ???

Greets
