Hello! Help me please,

I have SS10 vs Solaris 2.4 and want to install NetBSD 1.2.1
I do:

ok boot -s
# dd if=miniroot-121.fs.sun4 of=/dev/rsd0b bs=20b conv=sync
# halt
ok boot disk:b netbsd -s

and see folowing:

>> NetBSD BOOT [$Revision: 1.4 $]
Booting netbsd @ 0x4000

data fault: pc=f800971c addr=fe01c00c sfsr=3a6<FAV>
panic: kernel fault
halted

What's the trouble?
