Don't forget the classic case (as I heard it) of Sears running with the
slogan "Nothing sucks like a VAX".  The judge was reported to say something
along the lines of "You mean to tell me that someone will walk into Sears
expecting to come out with a $50 vacuum cleaner, and get a $100,000
mini-computer by mistake?" just before he threw the case out.
