The complete sources are in /pub/NetBSD/NetBSD-1.2.1/source/
on ftp.netbsd.org. The kernel sources are in the ksrc121 directory.
get the ksrc121.?? files, and extract with the command:
cat ksrc121.?? |gunzip | tar xvf -
