It says you have 25055232 bytes of memory, of which 21893120 bytes is
available for normal use (the rest goes for the kernel, buffers etc.)
The third number is the size of the buffer cache (AFAIK) and it's 1.2 MB,
not 12 MB. :-) Ie. everything seems to be fine.

Look for ksrc.tar.gz or something like that..
