Anyone with OS / installation experience with Suns prior to 
starting to use NetBSD will be familiar with the multiple
architectures... that's what Sun does, in all their OS versions.

I have no fundamental disagreement with doing something that is
easier than that for ease of (user work / installation / SW maint / whatever).
Don't get me wrong 8-).
