Do you actually have an "si" SCSI board or an "sc"?  The "sc" board isn't 
yet supported, and some folks have reported just this kind of panic when 
they attempt to boot with the "sc" card installed (one can only assume 
that it's losing during the "si" probe...)

What do your SunOS boot messages look like?
