No, AFAIK, I compliled X11R5 under SunOS before switching over
NetBSD, and then , to OpenBSD. X11R5 runs, but with some problems.
The most annoing problem is that it freezes whenever you try to
resize a window, so , i you want to try, have an external terminal
session, or serial console on handy to kill the server.
Also, you shouldnt dare to use the standard X11 xlock.
It is not aware of the password database structure of 4.4 BSD , and
you can type whatever you wnat, it won't unlock .
If you know of a replacement, please let me know.
X11R6 is said to compile straight out of the box, there are also
binaries for sparc availibe at :
