I just got a kernel panic during a 'make install' of the
netbsd tree. This panic happened to coincide with the command that
installs init, and has left me without one. What do I do on a
Sun4/260 to convince it to boot to single user mode (and shouldn't
this be the default for something like a missing init?) ?

Dave.
