Hello.

I made a new kernel from current sources. And I'm using it now.
At boot time I could see the following messages:

esp0 targ 5 lun 0: <EXABYTE EXB-8200        2618> SCSI1 sequential removable
st0 at scsibus0: drive empty
esp0 targ 6 lun 0: <TOSHIBA CD-ROM XM-3401TA0283> SCSI2 readonly removable
cd0 at scsibus0: cd present, 566400 x 512 byte records

But I don't know how to use them. I couldn't find device file, and
there are no st and cd entries in /etc/MAKEDEV.
