I'm running (what I think is) the most recent Kermit, and if a silo over-
flow happens anywhere in the kermit session, as soon as the modem has
dropped carrier, no further characters typed to the modem will echo,
and I cannot terminate the kermit process. Control-\ H hangs, and
although an interrupt will bring the kermit prompt back, I cannot
exit the kermit process, because it hangs forever trying to reset
/dev/ttya (zs0).

U(S)ARTs (tty stuff) confuse me -- any ideas?
