Correct. NetBSD has neither at the moment.

If memory serves, I think I managed convince cgd that pathconf
should be his baby, over a pizza in Berkeley.. :-)

If someone wants to hack up a quick COMPAT_SUNOS sysconf()
that works, please drop it off to me...
