A really sleazy hack would be to default all mounted UFS file systems to
exported read/write, no extra options, map root to 65534, and just stub
out the exportfs() system call.  Waaaaaaay sleazy, but gets you up and
running right away.

How does NetBSD handle exporting?  I don't have source at home.
