Hmm, looks lost softnet. If so, there is something wrong around tmu1.
What does "vmstat -i" show during NIC stopped?
Does it happen even if clockinterrupt is used for timecounter?
(by sysctl -w kern.timecounter.choice=clockinterrupt)
