Yes, please.  Also, please, add a big XXX comment with a summary of
what's going on.

We also need to pull this up to 4.0.

I think longer term we should look into making sh3 ports using
write-back/write-allocate cache mode instead of write through.
Are there sh cpus that don't support that?
