FAQ for configuring local boot

Seeing as there is a dearth of documentation on sgivol, I've knocked 
together an FAQ entry:

However, it's been 2 years since I last set this up and I really can't 
remember the details, so it would be great if someone could look over the 
entry before I commit it.

For instance, I can't remember where I got any of the other files in the 
volume header from (e.g. sash).
