Yes, I see this time to time on my r10k O2.
My r5k's have no problems.
Occasional mec0: mec_intr: interrupt status = 0x182a0c40
mec0: device timeout

Crime is the bus on the r10k, and I think there might be some work needed 
there as my r10k has never really been that stable.
