The 2.0.2 image is not bootable.
You could try the 

 ftp.netbsd.org:/pub/NetBSD/arch/sgimips/snapshot/bootable-cd-3.99.3

one (which is just an arbitrary snapshot of -current, but bootable).

We hope to have the official distribution ISO images bootable in the
future, but there are some nits to resolve.
