Current VCE hander also flushes L2 cache lines which cause alias.
The old VCE code flushes only L1 cache line which causes VCE,
but it was changed by shinohara-san because it might cause
VCED in VCE handers (but I'm not sure it really happend).

I could be wrong since the old VCED/VCEI code didn't work
properly the last time I tried, though.
