Yep.  That problem again.

This is happening because ahc->scb_data->free_scbs->slh_first is somehow
becoming NULL, and ahc_alloc_scbs() fails.  (Are scbs not being scavenged?
CDROM performance on IP32 is _extremely_ poor)

I'm investigating, but I most likely won't figure this out in time for 2.0.
