Hi,

I recently bought an Indigo2 XZ (R4400, 250 MHz, 128 MB, G3-Elan) and
tried to install NetBSD using the CD of
ftp://ftp.mrynet.com/pub/NetBSD/arch/sgimips/INDY/snapshot-20020502/installation/cdrom/cdrom.gz

However, installation (default values with X) stucked after being asked
for a name for my NetBSD disk:

mode=0100644, inum=443, fs=/
panic: ffs_alloc: dup alloc
