Subject: Problem booting R4400 (Loading clusters?)

I'm come across an R4400 INDY that won't boot.

Something strange about the memory clusters or something.
Anyone have insight into this and what to do? It seems to be
directly related to the boot block, as when I bootp boot a
kernel this doesn't happen.

thanks,
-scott
