Ah, handy, that!  Didn't know you could do that...

Yeah, if the ConsoleIn/ConsoleOut settings are guaranteed to point to 
something sane, we should never get into a situation where we use the
PROM console over a serial line -- which IIRC was the only case where
the no-reset flag to the SCC driver was used.
