Yes.

Actually, an SGI-designed version of the 8003, with some unpleasant
8003 bugs fixed, and a couple of new features.

All the I2 variants, the Indy, and the r4k Indigo all use the same
ethernet chip.  The early r3k Indigos and the early 4D/3x systems had
original 8003 chips, later production had the fixed chip.
