Announcing Synology-DS support

Hi,

I just committed some changes to sys/arch/sandpoint/stand/netboot to
support Synology-DS NAS. Here is the first successful netboot into a
5.99.25 kernel:

Remaining netboot problems:
- The new skg driver, as well as sk(4), read the ethernet address as
  00:11:22:33:44:54.
- Enable booting from PATA/SATA devices.
- Determine 8245 cpu clock (by reading the PLL value in HID1?).
- Put netboot into flashrom.
