How to get in multi-user mode on ramdisk kernel?

The previous problem (system halt after # prompt) was due to wrong
assignement of irq of com0.

I succeeded in executing ramdisk kernel.

"exit" had no effect.
I prepared all files like hosts, rc.conf, ifconfig, resolve.conf in
ramdisk.fs for multi-user processing.
I can't find how to get in multi-user mode on ramdisk kernel?
