OK, this seems to be a PowerStack I.
I don't know if it is supported. Maybe it is similar enough to the
Motorola Ultra 603 and Ultra Plus (Bull ESTRELLA 200) to just run or it
may be no big trouble to get it supported. Maybe you can try to boot a
2.0 or -current kernel and see?

Does it have OpenFirmware?

If you are familar with C hacking you can put
print_residual_device_info(); somewhere early in
sys/arch/prep/prep/machdep.c:initppc() below consinit(); to help
debugging if it doesn't run.
