A quick Google-search on "Powerstack" showed this Platform to get used
as rack-server to personal under-desk-box. Mine is one of the latter
ones. One of those dreamboxes, which caused nerds to get shiny eyes,
once.

Whatever, here is what i know about it:
200MHz PowerPC 604e
64MB ram
SCSI-3 only (no ide)
on board "Digital DS21140 Tulip rev 34" 100MBit
OpenFirmware 1.2 RM11

It seems to be something like this:
http://www.windowsitpro.com/Windows/Article/ArticleID/2391/2391.html (it
is on an earlier model)

I tried to install Debian on it, at first, but got bitten by a
kernel-bug:
http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=283677
which seems to be fixed by now:
http://packages.debian.org/changelogs/pool/main/k/kernel-patch-powerpc-2.6.9/kernel-patch-powerpc-2.6.9_2.6.9-4/changelog
or that:
http://www.kernel.org/pub/linux/kernel/v2.6/ChangeLog-2.6.9
but i haven't tried it by now, though.

However, having NetBSD on it would have it's own style and i would love
to see it running ;-)

cheers,
simon
