I thinks so, it's not easy job and very complicated work.
I worried about that too much.
We've made our own board and it has 512M RAM now.
We'll use it with NetBSD/Ramdisk. So we need a lot of memory space.
I'm working with netbsd-current version.
Could you send me the changes for tiral if there'll take some time to
commit?
If more 512M is needed, upto 1G memory is supported in your implementation?
