The PowerPC ports of NetBSD have been switched to the new toolchain
(i.e. USE_NEW_TOOLCHAIN=yes), which is based on GCC 2.95.3 and
Binutils 2.11.2.

If you encounter any problems, don't hesitate to ask on tech-toolchain
or send a bug report with send-pr(1).
