Nothing I would hope.

I built a complete snapshot use USE_NEW_TOOLCHAIN on. I haven't tried running
with it yet but I could upload the snapshot for testing if people want to
try it out.

(there were a few bugs to be fixed to get this to build both that are all
checked in now).
