I doubt it. I think they are/were still in the stage of using Apple ROMs.
The splitting of MacOS support out of the ROMs (to permit the clone maker
to have their own ROM and add MacOS support) didn't happen before Stevie
got to it.

I don't think they're ready for that much red ink. Maybe now that they're
in the black (on paper).
