I've just committed the two-stage netboot for maxine.  It is
useful for machines with proms that cannot load large kernels.

I've been using it for years now, but there are known problems
on other models such as 3min.  Unfortunately, these are the
machines which can most benefit from a two-stage netboot.

Anyway, give it go.  If you have a problem, compile it with
full debugging information and report any problems.
