after running "t 3/mem *" I could identify five bad modules.

I removed 3 of them and swapped the remaining 5 a bit. Now the tests went
ok and NetBSD is running fine (now only with 40MB :(.

Maybe I will look at the connectors of the three bad modules, but all
other things work already (dhclient, nis and amd) so its not a problem
anymore. (and my vaxstation runs with only 8mb, so what ;)
