ok, the 4 chips you found are 1Kx18 fifo's, made by idt... the 74-xxxxx 
number is the part number for the metal stamping. is there one on the 
PCB? look around the PCB for any kind of markings. numbers for boards
start with a 5. Im not sure what the motorola chips are.
