With card oriented so that video connector is on left and TC bus
connector on right:


Refresh rate (actually oscillator select) jumper is in upper right corner
of card labeled: Out=Osc 0

If this jumper is installed, OSC1 is used (119.8432 MHz) for
1280 X 1024 X 66 Hz refresh. If removed OSC0 is used (130.808 Mhz) for
1280 X 1024 X 72 Hz refresh. In other PMAGB-Bx models, OSC1 is different
to allow other resolutions and refresh rates...

Only other jumper is the PROM flash enable jumper (which connects +12 to
28F010 flash EEPROM to allow in circuit updating)
