My pmaxen have been turned off for a few days.  I'll fire one up
tomorrow and test out the diskimage there.  As to helping you on your
way, can you netboot?  Also, if you have a Ultrix setup you should be
able to copy the install.ecoff kernel to the root directory of your
Ultrix filesystem and boot with

	>> boot 3/rz0/install.ecoff
