Hi,
  I've got to be missing something obvious here, but here goes.  I've found a 
disk (RZ25) with a bad block, and I want to do a low-level format.  I appear 
to want the format utility, but its not in the 1.4.2 standard distribution.  
Anyone know another method, or where I can find the source/binary?
