I've resurrected my 5000/200 to use as a temporary gateway.  But, I
discovered that booting from a -current kernel does Not Work.

The symptom is that immediately after loading the kernel, something
flashes on the screen too fast to see, and then it hangs with a flashing
cursor on a blank screen.

The source tree is unchanged except for a one-line patch to files.pmax I
needed to get "px" to imply "rasops8".

Dmesg output from the 12/08 kernel that does work follows...any insight
would be appreciated.
