I was trying to bring up a DS5000/25 on 1.4V.  It generally came up fine,
but the C compiler was apparently missing or not finding header files.
In particular, it was not finding null.h.

Anyone else have that problem?  My fix was to unroll the 1.4.2 compiler
over it and it now works fine.... (not a good fix, perhaps, but it works).
If there is a better fix, can someone holler or point me towards it?
