It works fine in a 3000/400 machine, the only `problem' is that the
driver seems to think it's a DAS card (haven't looked at why):

fta0 at tc0 slot 4 offset 0x0: DEC DEFTA TC FDDI SAS Controller
fta0: FDDI address 08:00:2b:a1:3e:4c, FW=2.4, HW=0, SMT V7.2
fta0: FDDI Port = S (PMD = ANSI Multi-Mode)

but:

# ifconfig -m fta0
fta0: flags=8863<UP,BROADCAST,NOTRAILERS,RUNNING,SIMPLEX,MULTICAST> mtu 4470
        media: FDDI Multi-mode dual-attach
        status: inserted
        supported FDDI media:
                media Multi-mode mediaopt dual-attach
