I have noticed that menus don't seem to work on ghostview (gv)  talking to
the X (11R6?) server on my DS5000/260 running NetBSD/pmax 1.4.  I'm using
both gv from the gv-3.5.8 package, and also gv on remote machines - either
way, the menus don't work (you can pop them up, but you can't select
anything!) Is this an X server problem? Has anyone else noticed this
behavior?
