This is on goldberry, my 5000/240:

goldberry:~$ xntpdc -c sysinfo

If my 28.8k PPP connection is quiet, xntpd is very stable. However, when
I'm home and saturating my connection by supping -current and building
packages, it can become quite unstable, losing synchronization often.
(I need to order DSL soon.)
